When I insert my Huawei stick to usb slot installing goes normally.

after installation is complete new window opens with norton icon and says me that tk_scancdr failed message.

after that i try to connect to internet and 'mobile partner' program gives me 'You can't connect before register an available network.'

I already contacted my internet provider and told them about my problem, but now after few days without an answer, I thought i should write here aswell.
