1. In it’s most basic mode of operation, EZdrummer can yield a great drum track in just a few clicks.The microphone levels are all pre-set. Using the built in MIDI features you can create a drum sequence from a choice of thousands MIDI files by simply opening EZdrummer, selecting the file of your choice, and dragging it into your host.
2. OVERVIEW EZdrummer 2 uses a single-window, fixed-size interface comprising four main view modes, or “tabs”. You use the buttons at the top of the window to switch between tabs. Always present at the bottom of the window is the Song Track. Here follows a brief description of the main elements of EZdrummer 2.

EZdrummer 2 costs £99 $149, with an upgrade price for existing EZdrummer users of £57 $89. Also, anyone who bought EZdrummer after March 13th, 2014 gets a free upgrade (download only) added to their account. The original EZdrummer will remain on sale only as long as boxed copies last in the stores, and of course these can be upgraded free of.

We have midi 'groove clips' in the folder named 'other midi mappings'. It's the folder with “Session Drummer” in the name. They are NOT in the installer.

You can preview our midi files inside Sonar if you add them to the Sonar browser using the steps below. You can also store our loops any place on your drive and save the location as a 'location preset'.

Copy this folder into your Sonar Session Drummer 3 PatternsGroove Monkee folder. This folder is installed by Cakewalk's installer and contains some of our free grooves.

1. Open the Sonar browser (Views menu, Browser) and go to the media tab.

2. Select “Session Drummer 3 MIDI Drum Loops” from the drop down box. This displays the Groove Monkee folder.

3. Right Click on the 'Groove Monkee' folder and select the 'properties' tab.

4. Copy the 'location' of the Groove Monkee folder.

5. Paste this location into Windows Explorer’s address bar and open the folder. Copy our folder inside.

Cakewalk Studio Instruments (SI-Drum Kit VST)

You can use the same loops and install procedure outlined above with the Studio Instruments drum kits.
